About Cosy Stay Studio
Design that feels good. Systems that work.
For many years, I worked in tourism — answering guest messages, solving last-minute problems, and seeing first-hand how small details shape the entire experience.
At the same time, my husband and I renovated and hosted our own boutique stone house. We didn’t aim for luxury. We aimed for calm, thoughtful design and systems that made everything feel effortless — for us and for our guests.
The result was a highly rated stay with a 9.8 review score and guests who consistently mentioned the atmosphere, comfort, and organisation. Although we no longer own the house today, the experience shaped everything I now share through Cosy Stay Studio.
That experience changed how I see hosting.

The Idea Behind Cosy Stay
Many hosts focus only on decor — or only on operations.
But the real magic happens when thoughtful design meets clear systems.
When your space feels warm and intentional — and your processes feel calm and structured — guests notice. Reviews improve. Hosting becomes lighter.
Cosy Stay Studio was created to bring those two worlds together.
Beautiful spaces attract guests.
Calm systems keep them happy.
My Approach
I don’t believe in overwhelming checklists or complicated automation funnels.
I believe in:
• Clear communication
• Small design upgrades that truly matter
• Calm, repeatable systems
• Guest-first thinking
• Practical improvements that work in real life
Everything I share is based on experience — not theory.

What I Learned from Hosting
During the years we hosted our boutique stone house, I realised that the small details often shape the entire guest experience — clear communication, thoughtful design, and systems that make a stay feel effortless.
Many hosts struggle not because they lack good intentions, but because no one explains how these details fit together.
That’s why I created The Cosy Stay Guide.

The Cosy Stay Guide
The Cosy Stay Guide is a practical 158-page handbook based on real hosting experience, designed to help hosts create calm, thoughtful stays that guests truly appreciate.
It also includes a bonus Airbnb Welcome Book template to help you organise guest information clearly from day one.
