I created Cosy Stay Studio to help short-term rental hosts design calm, welcoming spaces and run their rentals with simple, practical systems.
After transforming our own traditional stone house in Trogir into a boutique-style stay, I began sharing the ideas and tools that made hosting easier and more enjoyable.
Today I create guides, templates, and resources to help hosts build thoughtful guest experiences — without stress or overwhelm.
